Daily Watch Reports respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects our users and partners to do the same. This page explains how to notify us of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and comparable laws.
Reporting alleged infringement
If you believe content on dailywatchreports.com infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to [email protected] with “DMCA Notice” in the subject line, including:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (such as the URL) for us to locate it;
- Your contact details — name, address, email and phone;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on its behalf.
Our response
On receiving a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material and take reasonable steps to notify the person who posted it.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address, including your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake, and your contact details and consent to jurisdiction as required by law.
Repeat infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, restrict or remove access for those who are the subject of repeated infringement notices.
