The second instalment of ‘Inside Job’ is out on Netflix, and it’s as hilarious as the first! The animated workplace comedy focuses on the super top-secret shadow government organisation Cognito Inc. in which their mission is to hide some of the universe’s biggest conspiracies while maintaining its balance. And with unique colleagues like a human-dolphin hybrid and a walking, talking mushroom, things are far from boring at work.

A second season of ‘Inside Job’ began production in late July 2021 (according to Alex Hirsch). There are no new characters or new tribes, but there are some interesting developments and storylines hinted at by Alex Hirsch.
In April 2022, Alex Hirsch hinted on Twitter that a third season of ‘Inside Job’ could happen. In May, Hirsch announced in his Twitter thread that “‘Inside Job’ 3 is still happening.”

Is ‘Inside Job’ related to Gravity Falls?
No, ‘Inside Job’ is not related to Gravity Falls , apart from the only related link is that the writer of ‘Gravity fall’ and the director of ‘Inside Job’ are the same. Although ‘Inside Job’ doesn’t have any of the original voice actors from Gravity Falls, there are some guest characters from Gravity Falls which appear in this series. These include J.R. and Wendy as bosses at Cognito Inc. Ron Stadler who is a huge conspiracy theorist, and Pterodactyls on one occasion.
