Taboon Season

Season 2 of Taboo is finally here! We’ve all been waiting for the new season with bated breath, and it doesn’t disappoint. The storylines are more exciting than ever, with a lot of surprises in store. Some crazy plot twists will leave you gasping at your screen. I won’t spoil anything, so just watch the show!

The cast was very well chosen; they do an excellent job playing their parts to perfection. Tom Hardy (James Delaney) does a fantastic job as always and seems to really enjoy his role as the protagonist. If you haven’t seen this show yet, then be sure to check out season 1 on Netflix before watching season two. It’s a fantastic show and you won’t be disappointed

I would highly recommend this season to those who like shows with surprising storylines, taboo topics, and cunning characters. Some very dark scenes may not suit certain viewers so I urge caution in watching this series if any of these might trigger your anxiety or uneasiness.

This is by far the best season yet; it will keep you on the edge of your seat! You can’t help but want more as soon as it’s over–but luckily there is another season coming up next year! If you’re looking for an addictive TV show then Taboo is definitely worth checking out.

Ratings for this season:

Passion:★★★☆☆

Intelligence: ★★★★☆

Longevity of Content: ★★★½☼

“I loved the season as it was very well done and gave me hope for what’s to come.”

premiere of this season:

Season two of Taboo, a British television series created by Tom Hardy and his father Edward “Chips” Hardy for BBC One and FX, premiered on January 14th.

about this season:

The show is about James Keziah Delaney who was thought dead but returned to England ten years after the East India Company had left him behind in Africa. He arrives back home without any money or connections, save for an old ship he finds along the way which he repairs with some help from allies at court. His plan: To start a shipping company that will rival Britain’s most powerful monopoly – The East India Company (EIC). But this isn’t as easy as it seems because not only does the EIC have its own army enforcing their trade, but also they have a huge government that works to keep them in power.

The show, which stars Tom Hardy, follows the story of Delaney as he sets out on his revenge mission while trying to make his own shipping empire and beat the East India Company at their own game.

Viewers seem blown away by this season’s high quality and depth with some even saying it is “the most innovative thing I’ve seen on TV.” This level of praise for Taboo Season Two could be due to its developing plotline, intriguing characters like Auntie Agatha (played by Jessie Buckley), or its exploration into an era where Britain was on top of the world – both politically and economically.

The series premiered last night January 14th and was met with a ton of praise from viewers.

“I’ve never seen anything quite like Taboo,” one person said about the show’s first episode, “let alone on BBC One.”
