Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves is a new tabletop RPG from Wizard of the Coast and Invisible Sun designer Monte Cook coming in August 2019. A standalone adventure, Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves provides a variety of encounters, but it also includes rules for running any campaign featuring thieves as player characters. It even includes new magic items and spells to use when your party includes a highly skilled rogue or stealthy assassin.
Currently in production is the fantasy action movie Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, which was written by Michael Gilio and Jonathan Goldstein. It is based on the Dungeons & Dragons tabletop role-playing game and takes place in the Forgotten Realms campaign setting. It is unrelated to the 2000–2012 movie trilogy.

The next action-adventure film based on Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, arguably the most well-known tabletop role-playing game in the world, has been in development for nearly six months. As actual-play programs and podcasts like Critical Role have raised the bar for what the game can be, it’s kind of like a cinematic relaunch for D&D, one that embraces a lighthearted and freewheeling atmosphere.
Fans were given a brief behind-the-scenes look at Honor Among Thieves during Brazil’s CCXP conference in the form of a new teaser that also displayed the practical effects crew at work on the film. Although the movie’s trailer is filled with computer-generated magic and monsters, there seems to be a surprising number of real-world creatures as well. This is enjoyable to watch on screen and makes it easier for the performers to crack jokes since, you know, it’s much simpler to make jokes about a puppet A tennis ball on a stick is shown.

Honor in Dungeons & Dragons The story of Among Thieves centers on a group of thieves who “helped the wrong person steal the wrong thing” and now must correct their errors to rescue the world.
The company is led by the bard Elgin and comprises the barbarian Holga, the paladin Xenk, the sorcerer Simon, and the tiefling druid Doric.

Early in April 2021, a crew of 60–70 persons in Iceland started filming. Principal photography commenced in Belfast, Northern Ireland, later that month. Daley confirmed the end of filming on August 19, 2021.

The original release date for the movie was July 23, 2021. Due to COVID-19, the release date was subsequently moved to May 27, 2022, and then again to November 19, 2021, to allow for the debut of Mission: Impossible – Fallout- Dead Reckoning Part One. The release date was further postponed to March 3, 2023, in April 2021. Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves was announced as the movie’s official title on April 21, 2022. The movie was postponed to March 31, 2023, in November 2022.
Although Entertainment One will manage distribution in the UK and Canada, Paramount will handle global distribution.
