jack ryan season 3 3

Jack Ryan is back and better than ever in season 3. Not only does the show have a new release date, but it also has an incredible rating of 100% on Rotten Tomatoes. It’s safe to say that this season will be one not to miss!
This season follows Jack Ryan (played by John Krasinski) on a new mission. He has to go undercover as an analyst for the CIA to expose potential corruption among high-level government officials and other big players that he encounters through his work at Abigail’s company, which is based in her home country of Iran.
The show’s pacing is perfect and the action scenes are thrilling. The first episode starts with a car chase that results in Jack Ryan being hit by an oncoming truck, which leaves him unconscious for hours. These types of action sequences are scattered throughout each episode, making it impossible to predict what will happen next – you’re constantly left on the edge of your seat.

During one of the first scenes in Season Three, Jack Ryan is hit by an oncoming truck during a car chase. The series continues to make it difficult for you to predict what will happen next – you’re constantly left on the edge of your seat.

A new character named Riley Cox was introduced this season as well and made a big impact right from his very first scene! He has proven himself as unpredictable thus far making him hard to read but at the same time fascinating and extremely enjoyable to watch.

In the first episode of Season Three, Jack Ryan is kidnapped and held hostage. The scenes were intense and left you on the edge of your seat – wondering what will happen next…until they revealed it was just a dream!
As with most seasons in this series, there are a variety of different plot lines that come together to form one cohesive storyline by season’s end. There are so many great aspects about each character but my favorite has been Riley Cox because he is unpredictable making him hard to read but at the same time fascinating and extremely enjoyable to watch.

The Story Continues:

Jack Ryan goes after Konstantin Brayko for revenge (episode two)
Riley Cox gets more screen time (episode three)
The action is intense and the stakes are higher than ever (episodes four through six)
Jack Ryan finally gets to go on a date with Cathy Mueller, his love interest for Season One and Two. It was a perfect opportunity but she doesn’t show up!

Ryan returns home from Russia with his friends who were also held hostage by Branko. They all discuss their options of how they can get him back – this causes tension among them because they don’t know if they should be looking for revenge or justice?

Ryan is told by Cathy’s father that they have a plan to get Brayko and the story picks up from there.
“It is a show that makes you believe in America again. The series has everything, it’s suspenseful and fun to watch with no boundaries on what they can do.” – IGN
“Jack Ryan deals with terrorism without ever forgetting to be entertaining” – LA Times.
“This new incarnation of Jack Ryan may not have been created by Tom Clancy but he sure looks like he was born to play this role.” – NY Daily News.
“We’ll leave it at this: there is so much more than enough here to make up for any deficiencies or shortcomings,” said TVLine about the first season finale episode ten.
Jack Ryan Season Three left me wanting more – which can only mean it was an outstanding season. At the same time fascinating, intense, and extremely enjoyable to watch, with many twists and turns along the way, I found myself hooked on Jack Ryan since Episode One of Season Three when we first see him going after Konstantin Brayko for revenge (episode two), then Riley Cox gets more screen time (episode three) as he starts his murder investigation into the death of one of America’s most prominent scientists.

Conclusion:

In conclusion, Jack Ryan season three has been an exciting story that I enjoyed watching very much. The only regret I have about it is the ending.
