Disney is about to unveil a new live-action film based on the classic novel “Peter Pan”, and Wendy Darling will be getting an update. The film is called “Peter Pan & Wendy.” This new adaptation of the classic story by J.M. Barrie will not only focus on Peter and his adventures in Neverland but also include a couple of original characters created specifically for this 90-minute adventure directed by Joachim Rønning.
“Peter Pan & Wendy” will star the young actor Levi Miller, who has already been seen in “The Graham Norton Show”, “Hacksaw Ridge” and “The Great Gilly Hopkins.” Levi will be playing the lead role of Peter Pan and there are also three female actresses playing Wendy Darling: Mackenzie Foy, Zoe Saldana, and Amandla Stenberg.
“Peter Pan & Wendy” Release date:
The movie “Peter Pan & Wendy” will get released on Disney Plus. An official release date hasn’t been set so far; the live-action modification is expected to be available to Disney Plus subscribers and will release exclusively on the streaming service in 2023.
