The MCU Blade movie is going to be made by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios. Kevin Feige confirmed at San Diego Comic-Con 2018 that a Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel and a new Blade movie are in the works.

For those who are not familiar with the basic premise behind the MCU blade, it’s an urban fantasy series about a vampire hunter named Adrian Toomes (and he’s also a former professional basketball player). There are other elements such as his family, his doctor, his best friend, and even elemental powers like fire, ice, and lightning.
Blade and his friends have always been part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but we never saw them as a tight group of people. The rest of the characterizations were basically for comic book purposes, which undoubtedly makes sense since Blade and Toomes are vampires who hunt other vampires.
The possible plot of the Movie:
Adrian Toomes was once a member of the Avengers, but he left them before they were inducted into the official roster. Now that he’s been away for some time, there has been a string of murders by vampires in New York City. After several encounters with this new threat late one night, Adrian is told by his ex-wife to call Doctor Ludwig Krieger (Jamie Foxx), who had kept him alive over the years.
At the same time, a young woman named Joy Meachum (Jessica De Gouw) has been tasked to interview Toomes for a story she’s writing. She shows up at his warehouse late at night, and after he gives her the brush off, she brings her cameraman with her for a story on the vampire murders.
After another vampire encounter, Toomes meets with Krieger, who tells him about his past. They also both realize that none of the vampires are old enough to have met each other. They may be all young vampires who are being controlled by a stronger vampire, who may be connected to the murders in New York. During his investigation, Toomes meets a young man named Jefferson Pierce (Sterling K. Brown) who has a childlike understanding of the world that makes him sympathetic.
