M. Night Shyamalan is back after almost 15 years since his last big screen release, the world-famous director is ready to take audiences on a journey once again and this time he’s doing it with a thriller.
“Knock at the Cabin” will be Shyamalan’s first release as an independent filmmaker and stars James McAvoy in the lead role. The first trailer, released on Thursday, offers a glimpse into the mystery thriller about a former psychiatric patient who finds himself in a cabin with people that could help him resolve his anxiety.
McAvoy stars as Michael Mayes, a former mental patient who fights for his life when he and six other people are left at an isolated vacation home by two criminals (Peter Fernand and Taylor Hayes).
