Fast X. The film with a sequel that is too good to be true and despite that, DC has managed to make it happen. Gal Gadot’s return as Wonder Woman was one of the most exciting moments in recent film history and her character is iconic enough that she deserves a starring role in the upcoming sequel. So, can we expect from Fast X then, besides more fast cars?
The first film focused on an intense game of cat and mouse between Sean Fennessey and Oskar. Fast X will likely open with an extended flashback as we see Oskar’s backstory, including the tragedy that shaped his life. The story will most likely dive into the origins of his wife Bendik’s operation, which set him down the path he took in Fast Five.
Fast X release date:
The initial word from Universal was that Fast X would premiere on April 7, 2023. But that date has been significantly changed to May 19, 2023, and thus far it appears to be sticking.

There are no official trailers for this movie yet, but there are a few revealing photos from the set that reveals some of the scene’s action. The photos show a train and a crashed plane as well as an ambulance being destroyed in explosions and more cars crashing into buildings.

Fast X synopsis:
Fast X movie will be a prequel to the other films, and it will focus on the events after the main Fast & Furious 8. As we all know, Vin Diesel is no longer with the franchise as he was let go from the series back in 2016 after seeing his character Dom die in The Fate of the Furious. So now, there are rumors that Jason Statham might take on one of Dom’s old roles in this new film. However, this is nothing more than speculation. The only thing that appears to be confirmed about this movie is that it will be set before F8.
