Fortnite is the most popular game of 2018, and for good reason. It’s a multiplayer, third-person action game that has got all gamers hooked on playing and watching it.
But getting started with Fortnite can be a hassle, mostly because most players do not know what to expect from the game or how to play it. There are no set guidelines for establishing rules when you start playing with new people either.
For those of you who have been living under a rock, Fortnite is an online video game first released in July 2017, which is currently available on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The game was developed by Epic Games, who also developed the Gears of War series.
The game was extremely popular at the beginning of 2018. However, that changed after Epic Games began adding several new features to the game, including a Battle Royale mode.
In Battle Royale, 100 players are put on an island and have to fight each other until only one survives. You can parachute down on the island and build structures with your materials once you find them scattered around the map. These structures can be used for hiding or using them as a place to snipe from a high position for instance.

There are two modes within Fortnite: Save the World and Battle Royale.
Save the World is a single player adventure that was released on July 25, 2017. The Save the World mode is more of a campaign than it is a traditional game. It allows you to build up your village and defend it from zombies and other creatures, as well as other players who may want to try and steal your supplies. You can also complete missions for in-game rewards. However, some missions will give you nothing but an empty feeling if you fail them.
Once you complete the story campaign, you can choose to start playing in Battle Royale.
Battle Royale can be played solo or in duos. If you don’t want to play alone, you can team up with a friend and beat the game together. Fortnite also has a squad mode that allows you to compete with three other friends on the same team against other squads of four players.
Whether you wish to play Save The World or Battle Royale, both modes are unique experiences that vary in difficulty levels and complexity.
High Octane gives us good news about new features. Fortnite and Rocket League have had quite a few crossover events over the years, but nothing has interwoven Epic Games’ biggest titles closer than their latest event.
