The Exorcist’ – This reboot is really very scary said by the Director

The one of the greatest horror movies released in 1973, which won 2 Academy Awards. The director of ‘The Exorcist‘ was  William Friedkin and the writer was  William Peter Blatty . This movie is based on the Novel of same title and the fact is the writer of this novel is also William Peter Blatty. and the cast of this movie is Ellen Burstyn , Linda Blair , Richard Burton, and Max von Sydow. There was a sequel to ‘The Exorcist‘ in 1971. This movie was called ‘The Exorcist II: The Heretic‘ . 

Now in 2023 the reboot of this movie will be released. Like the original this movie is set as a trilogy. After ‘The Exorcist’ 2023 there will be 2 more movies.

Is Linda Blair going to be in the new ‘The Exorcist’?

No, Linda Blair is not going to be in the Reboot of ‘The Exorcist’. 

In an interview with Boston Herald, director Gordon Green said: “It’s disheartening to hear people surmising that the reason Linda isn’t involved is because she has fallen off the wagon and is a mess. It’s hurtful and unfair. 

After years since its release, there is still speculation if there will be a reboot. The movie has been universally acclaimed for its quality making it a classic horror film with many fans worldwide. A reboot would mean that the new generation can experience the scariness first hand whilst the older generation could watch the two together to relive some old memories about this classic film.

There are a lot of people waiting to watch the reboot because they want to know what will happen in the end with the mother and child. Another reason why people are excited is because they want to find out how it will be different from the original movie. The last reason why there are a lot of people waiting for this movie is that they want to see if there will be any horror scenes in this movie which can scare them.

The fans who have already seen this movie and many others were so disappointed because the reboot was not done properly. Many fans and critics said that the movie lacks Horror depth.

‘The Exorcist’ will be released in October 2023. After the first instalment, the other 2 movies of the trilogy will be released in one year . The Director of this reboot is David Gordon Green and the Writer of this movie will be William Peter Blatty and Scott Teems . Ted Teske will be the Composer . we hope for the Best

There will be some subtle changes but it still follows the original storyline from a mother and her child who are faced to face with a demon at their house. The scariest thing about this movie is its gore scenes which makes it extremely scary and give people nightmares for weeks after watching it.
