Karin Slaughter’s 2018 thriller Pieces of Her is the latest best-selling novel to receive Netflix treatment, with a later adaptation in 2020.
A new series that is adapting from a critically acclaimed novel is enough to shake it up a bit but adds to the fact that hereditary star Tony Collett will be starring in a lead role, and it’s safe to say he’s actually very encouraging.

The story revolves around Andrea, 30 (or Andy, as she is commonly known), who is caught in a mass shooting incident during a trip to the mall with her mother. She sees that her mother handles the situation easily, but this incident changes her mother’s perspective forever. When people associated with his mother’s past continue to harvest, circumstances dictate that Andy should escape, and as he does so, he tries to find out more about his family’s history.
Who is in the cast of pieces Of Here?
As noted above, the highest-profile name associated with the series is Tony Collette, who will play Andy’s mother, Laura.
Andy will be portrayed by Bella Heathcote, better known as Nicole Drummer in The Man on the High Castle.
